Becoming a Greenrealestate™ Leader Minimum Requirements To qualify for application as a Greenrealestate™ Leader you must: Complete and Submit an application form Complete and Submit an Affiliation Level Checklist Achieve a minimum "Turquoise" affiliation level Commit to promoting Greenrealestate™ education/courses within your organization Strive to maintain the Greenrealestate™ Leader Code of Professional Standards Continuing Professional Education All Greenrealestate™ Leaders strive to maintain the following Code of Professional Standards: Encourage your members to become advocates of Greenrealestate™ practices through the National Association Of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB), Conserve energy, water and other natural resources in your office/work environments. Develop and implement office/work practices that prevent pollution and waste, Strive to become an environmentally responsible business, Strive to exceed all applicable environmental regulations. JOIN Please complete and submit the Greenrealestate™ Leaders affiliation level checklist to determine your Board or Associations level of affiliation. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm your acceptance into the program. Affiliation level checklist		Becoming A Corporate Greenrealestate™ Leader Minimum Requirements To qualify for application as a Corporate Greenrealestate™ Leader you must: Complete and Submit an application form, Complete and Submit an Affiliation Level Checklist, Achieve a minimum "Turquoise" affiliation level, Commit to promoting Greenrealestate™ education/courses within your organization Strive to maintain the Greenrealestate™ Leader Code of Professional Standards Pay a yearly registration fee Administration When your application package is completed and accepted you must pay a non-refundable registration/processing fee to NAGAB's National Office. An invoice will be sent to you. The fee will be based upon your companies size (see Cost of Affiliation sheet).
